Type Directors Club

We were honoured to design and name the Type Directors Club annual award for their 80th Anniversary in 2026, creating Gold, Silver and Bronze versions. The Type-High award, a Franklin Gothic lowercase “t” milled from bamboo, acknowledges industry excellence, and nods to our shared community language, its depth being the precise height of physical type, 0.918 inches. And at 7″ (42 picas) tall, it looks great on a shelf.
